We recently employed Polish Builders Ltd to complete some work to our home: fitting of new kitchen (including plumbing, moving gas boiler and electrics), creating patio doors, relaying and varnishing wooden floors and decorating. The standard of the work was good. The builders were all polite and kept disruption and mess to a minimum as far as possible. Tomek was easy to contact by telephone and always arrived when agreed. He followed up and made good all aspects of the job.

Polish Builders Ltd has been working with us since 2005 and within this period has renovated for us over 50 properties to the highest of standards. Our company has been trading since 1998 and prior to meeting Tomek we have employed a number of builders who have let us down due to not being reliable and poor workmanship. Fortunately for us Tomek’s understands our high standard of work that we are expecting, which has now got to a stage due to our trust in him and his high standards that we do not have to inspect the properties that are being refurbished as regularly as when Tomek started with us. His standard of work has met the standard that our bank surveyors and district surveyors are expecting and in turn when these properties are re inspected has helped us raise additional funds when necessary and due to the quality of work has helped transaction go through smoothly with purchasers which is so valuable in the present market place.

Last year we were approached by the producers of Homes Under The Hammer, where they followed the refurbishment work that Tomek carried out, which they were very impressed with. Tomek also maintenance our rental portfolio which priceless. Tomek is one of the most reliable and loyal people that I have ever met and can assure anyone requiring any type of refurbishment work that you will agree with my comments. I am very happy to recommend Polish Builders Ltd who have recently completed a renovation project on my house. The work involved removing a chimney, knocking through walls and installing a new kitchen and bathrooms, together with rewiring the entire property and general decoration. Overall I am very happy with the job done by polish Builders Ltd. Tomek has been available to discuss matters at all times, and any problems that have arisen along the way have been swiftly resolved. I am pleased with the standard of the work – the carpentry in particular is of an extremely high quality - and my new kitchen and bathrooms have been much admired by friends and relatives! I would add that the original prices quoted were extremely reasonable, and that any extras that accrued during the project were very fairly billed. The standard of aftercare has also been high. I would be happy to use Polish Builders Ltd again ( and, indeed, hope to do so soon in the next stage of renovations).

I had been thinking of having the outside of the house painted and needed some ceilings painted inside.  By coincidence I received a flyer through the letter box that week with the details of Polish Builders and decided to take the plunge, even though they had not come through recommendation and I would normally never have people working in the house who I didn't know, I was impressed with what they could do.

Tom arrived when he said he would and nothing was too much trouble.  
One of his team started when he said they would and was punctual, courteous and a pleasure to have around.

I was impressed with the price and the quality of workmanship and would not hesitate in recommending Polish Builders to anyone.

We used Polish Builders Limited last year for a complete refurbishment of our four bedroom house in Muswell Hill,London Their standard of work was fantastic and very quick. We were working on a very tight budget and they gave us a very reasonable quote which they fulfilled once the work was completed.

We saved a fortune by not using an architect, as they were able to give great creative advice about extending our reception room,storage solutions, landscape gardening , as well as creating a design plan for our kitchen. Visitors to our house are always impressed by the quality of workmanship that has gone into our home. I always get comments about my perfectly sanded and beautifully stained floorboards, in built wardrobes and shelving units, and immaculately tiled bathrooms. It looks like an 'Architect-designed house', but was actually done on a tiny budget.

The builders arrived at 8.00am every morning (including weekends and bank holidays) and worked sometimes until 7.00pm. they were incredibly hard working and as a result, our whole house was refurbished in only four months (including re-wiring,re-plumbing, and re-plastering). I highly recommend this company, they are hard working, trustworthy, reasonably priced, and do an immaculate job. I have given their contact details out to many friends and colleagues, who have also been delighted with the results.
